The Hansen's are alive!!!

I know what you are all thinking...is this really the Hansen's! Yes it is! We are alive and doing well. I know it has been along time since the last post. A lot has happened. There has been a lot of changes and a lot of adapting that has had to happen with our small family. I will over everything the next couple of weeks and get everyone up to speed as to all the changes that have transpired; believe me the past several months have been crazy.

Here are a few quick updates as to where we are at:

Mike is still cheap as ever :) I finally convinced him to get the Internet at our home...it took several months but he finally gave in (this is why I am able to update the blog).

Some of you may recall back in December of 2009 Mike was laid off from his job in Utah. To make a long story short he could not find a new job in Utah and we decided to start looking out side the state. After several month of looking endlessly; we were finally able find work in Idaho with a company called Melaleuca. We have been living in Idaho Falls now for almost 18 months...it is not as bad as I thought Idaho would be...I actually like it here. However, I do miss Utah and all my friends we made there over the years.

Kaiden will be turning 8 years old in July; he is in second grade and loving it. He told Mike and I tonight at dinner that her wants to be in the Army when he grows up so that he can drive a tank...he has been hanging out too much with his Dad.

Sage is energetic and full of life. She definitely keeps us on our toes. Our little princes will be 6 years old in August. She is super excited to start kindergarten next year.

As to me, I have had some health related issues since we left Utah. There were a few surgeries. Needless to say, I think we now have everything figured out now! I am felling really good and feel there wont be anymore set backs!

It is getting late and I need to go to sleep. I promise over the next couple of days I will update everyone with more information and photos so that you can see how much the kid-o's have grown.

Have a good night and I look forward to talking to everyone really soon.
